Valuation

Valuation reports are utilized in connection with estate planning and gifting programs; matrimonial actions; qualified retirement plans; business succession planning; obtaining financing; purchase or sale of business; compensatory damage claims; employee stock ownership plans; buy-sell agreements and dissenting stockholder suits. Ralph Ross directs the Firm's efforts in business valuations with assistance from a group of executive level personnel with significant experience in providing valuation services. A bi-monthly newsletter is published with features on valuation techniques, estate planning and merger and acquisition strategies. Partners Ralph Ross and George Smith are Certified Valuation Analysts as recognized by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and further resource depth is provided by four other CVA's on staff.
